This edition of the Symposium has a call for scientific papers in poster format.

Only abstracts received until the deadline (31^st July, 2009) and approved by the Scientific Committee will be presented in the poster form and included in the Symposium memory.

As a result of the evaluation, the work awarded the first prize will be pusblished by INNOVA in "Innotec" and "La Alimentación Latinoamericana" magazines, plus a special mention to the work resulting in second and third place.
