The “Technological Laboratory of Uruguay” (LATU) organizes and invites to the Fifth International Symposium on Food Innovation and Development.

The Symposium will take place in Montevideo - Uruguay on October 11th, 12th and 13th, 2011.

The following topics will be covered in this edition:

  • Food chains processes and sustainability.
  • Special dietary foods: needs, ingredients and processes.
  • Advances in food analysis: the interface between instrumentation, rapid methods, sensory and validation.
