The “Technological Laboratory of Uruguay” (LATU) organizes and invites to the Fourth International Symposium on Food Innovation and Development under the slogan "Food for wellbeing". Through discussion panels and lectures by national and international experts INNOVA will address the following topics:
- Consumer new trends
- Technologies and ingredients
- Nutrition and wellbeing
This edition will be preceded by two workshops which will be conducted previously to the symposium given by prominent professors.
INNOVA 2009 has a call for scientific papers (call for papers rules)
We invite everybody to participate and enrich the exchange of knowledge and experience between the different actors of food’s innovation.
